olden days

I chose this picture of Shisha because her blue shorts and tee shirt contrasted so perfectly with the yellow of the digger. But then something about the picture, the light or her reminded me of a picture of my father when he was a child. That picture was taken in the early 1950s and I wanted to capture something or other that I had liked about it. I've managed, it's got exactly the look about it that I wanted, so I'm happy :-)
it was a shame to lose the blue/yellow but I suspect that I'll probably survive it.
