Today is cold and gray. The wind is blowing. Every now and then we hear the sound of firecrackers going off somewhere in the neighborhood. It's a holiday but feels more like a late winter day than a summer celebration. Luckily we have guests to keep us feeling happy and glad to be alive, sharing our home in the US. Our guests are from Canada whose birthday was just a few days ago. Happy Birthday United States. Happy Birthday Canada.

As usual the larger size looks best. Had a decision to make between the one here and this one.
