Boom!

Actually not. Can you believe that we forgot to shoot this off yesterday. This is a canon that Arvin made many years ago when he was a tool maker. It's about a foot long from tip of barrel to back of stand. He made all the parts himself including the barrel. He sized it based on the size of the ball it would shoot and his lunch box so he could carry it back and forth to work. It can shoot balls or blanks. We shoot blanks and it still makes a really loud bang. Great for the Fourth. This year, though, we had it out but ended up playing games and forgetting it was there. Too bad.
