Blooming marvellous

Today's the first day of my holiday and I spent it in the garden reading a Sunday newspaper and delighting in the fact it's a Monday and I could in fact sit there all day!

I live in a rented flat that I moved into two months ago. I like exploring what the landlord has planted and seeing what's next to bloom. These glorious pink roses sum up the simple pleasure of soaking up and appreciating what nature has to offer.
