More Celebrating!

This morning the boys ran errands with me and then I dropped Liam off to play for a few hours at Cody's house. Those boys are joined at the hip! :) I spent the day straightening up with a bit of cleaning....I knew people were coming over and I didn't want my mess revealed. ha ha My brother-in-law had also taken the day off to pack today. He was smart and picked up my niece to get a little extra help with the lifting. It was strange knowing that he was moving out today...we had gotten used to having him here the last 4 years. My kiddos are struggling, they will miss having uncle living here as they've grown quite attached. I am reminding them that it's not like he's moving to another country...they will see him plenty!

The evening was spent with family. Gary had invited his dad and brother over as well as my parents for a birthday dinner for me. He ordered family fajita meals from Chili's and my parents brought over Kahlua Cream Cheese and Banana Cream Pies from Marie Callender's. 'I'll diet tomorrow' had to be my motto of the day considering how delicious it all was! We also watched the Mexico Mission Trip DVD with everyone and they enjoyed seeing the experience captured on camera. It was another wonderful night of celebrating!

This blip photo is of the birthday card that my Loren made for me. Isn't it great? All 3 boys made something. Liam made a fabulous card and put one of his dollars in it. Landon shaped some paper into a triangular-like shape and slipped coins from his coin bank into it as well and gave it to me. I thought that was SO cute!
