Mum I've had my ears pierced.....

My daughter went to play with her friend after school. When she came home, she had a pair of magnet earrings and she pretended that she'd had her ears pierced. I just played along with her. I had a go with the magnet earrings later after she'd gone to bed. Not the most comfortable things to wear.
My son was under strict instructions today to make sure that he closes the front door when he goes out. Yesterday, I came home around 4:30 to find the door wide open. He'd gone out and the door had been open for nearly three hours. We had words last night....
