Mr Sensible

This gentleman is off to work on his bicycle so please take care.

Obviously he works in a bank or maybe a library. He even might be a country teacher off to his small school with a handful of pupils.

He likes to wear a suit and a hat. He like to keep up standards. He won?t be going fast enough to blow his hat off. He likes a good sturdy upright bike and he is sensible enough to have a chain guard so his trousers don't get oily.
