Life with The Pinks

Cow cuddle

The local agricultural show was on today, also known as the Tendring Hundred Show. Master Pink, Baby Pink and I accompanied by Grandma Pink, went to the show in search of tractors, fish, icecream, cows, sheepies, bouncy castles, and flowers (in no particular order).

Happily I found the Cows, and by luck just as they were being judged. These two cuties were having a snuggle in the pens, pre judging. Later we saw one of them strutting her bovine stuff around the ring, with her white coated handler prodding and poking and preening her to get her into prize winning stance.

For another great Tendring show Blip see here.

We have had a busy day. Following the show, we popped next door for my youngest Godson's first birthday party. The highlight for me was the birthday boy deciding, not to blow the candle of his cake out, but to grab a huge handful of cake instead!!

Then as it got later, we had an early celebration for Mr Pink's birthday with a takeaway curry by candlight, with friends, in the garden. There were even chinese lanterns flying overhead at one point!
