A Rose in Winter

I've had this inside since the weekend, picked it as a bud & have watched it bloom from the indoor warmth.

The recent extremely heavy frosts have pretty destroyed any flowers in the garden....but thats OK & what I would expect.

Just another long day at work, same ol same ol. Out physio practise is predominately treating rugby players at the moment. They seem to think they can wander in ten minutes or so after the appointment time, which makes the remainder of the day behind schedule. But that aside, they are a friendly bunch of boys (& some girls) & we have a lot of fun with them. There is a lot of laughter at my work place, & I love working there.
