Chocolate Crinkles

I've been wanting to bake for a while but usually by the time I have enough time to bake, I'm tired and don't want to anymore. Also, since I'm now gluten-free and also limiting other carbs, the sweets don't exactly need to be in the house. So I need people who are willing to take them off my hands. So this morning I made these and a bunch of snickerdoodles and gave half to our friends/neighbors and half to veterinarians' office which we'll drop off tomorrow when Baby Girl has to go in for her follow-up appointment.

This evening, hubby and I had dinner with the girls, which was highly entertaining. You've got to know hubby to really appreciate and understand just how much and how hard we all laughed tonight. It's a good thing the girls appreciate his humor :)
