Nature's Little Fireworks

I have no idea what type of flower this is but I noticed a bush of them the other day on the dogs' walk, so I had to snap a shot of one of one of them.

Today:

Slept in late. Meh.

Rushed workout - forgot to bring arm band, water bottle and headphones. Meh.

Test results for Baby Girl came back all clear & no cancer. YAY!!

Made appointments for 2 relaxing spa days later this month. $300 worth of services for over half off thanks to specials they're running right now. YAY! I look forward to being jello-fied.
