Well this is Koeberg's operating theatres. It is mandatory that all nuclear power plants have decontamination zones and facilities to operate on people incase there is a nuclear problem in the plant.

This is Koeberg's in CapeTown South Africa. It is located to the right of the Accident and Emergency of Tygerberg Hospital, and you pass through several showering decontamination rooms before you arrive into the operating theatre.

This is where the plastic and reconstructive surgeons and students perform minor surgery one day a week. This is needed so that the it is known to be in 'full working order' incase there was a problem at the plant. Things such a removal of skin cancer, moles, and keloid scars.
