Public Plucking

I had to be very careful typing that! We went to the Carousel Mall in Syracuse with cousin Sarah, mainly to check out printer prices for her Dad.

I have never seen anything like this before - would you get your eyebrows (or anything else) plucked in public? It must have been hurting a lot as she was crying.
