Darkness is upon us

I had a good morning in the office and then the lights went out. Evidently, our local power company had an outage due to a squirrel in a transformer and it brought down my entire office complex. It was unusual and business came to a halt. Fortunately, the phones still worked, but voicemail stopped working as did all networking. It was quite odd. I waited around and then left to work from home.
