The things you see driving home

Driving out of downtown, I was few cars behind this police car. Several miles later, they stopped and one policeman got out and walked over to this man standing on the corner.

The cop took the bag the man was holding, checked his pockets, and put on the handcuffs. His partner then radioed in something to someone. I wanted to stop to ask what was happening but didn't think they'd appreciate that.

(And yes, the City of Grand Rapids needs to empty its trash cans.)
