What is this place?

Where inanimate objects come to rest when their usefulness is up? It's a gold mine for photographs as it is a huge field just littered with mostly equipment; also found were trailers, a pickup truck, tires, a boat and other miscellaneous junk everywhere you can see, and although this is cliche, even a kitchen(?) sink.

I will try to find some background information on this property as I sense a junkyard series coming on. (If you do not like "junk" pictures, I apologize in advance :)
