Fumes

Today is my little sister's birthday - so Happy Birthday Casi!!

We did infact go to the gym today - managed an hour (which I was quite surprised at) and then we treated ourselves to the steam room, followed by a short dip in the spa. Now that I could get used to! Felt surprisingly 'zingy' all day.

Also soaking the fruits for the Christmas cake, I've made up double the mix - following Queen Delia's recipe naturally and tomorrow I plan to bake them. Just need to eat an awful lot of beans now!!!....
