Its getting late, there was no blip yet for today and I was doing a fairly good impression of a crazed woman roaming the house, camera in hand until Chris said to blip his trainers.

Why his trainers? Well we've both had our induction at the gym tonight. We've been thinking of joining a gym for a while - but the nearest one is 12 miles away, and we weren't sure how much use we'd make of it. However our local hotel has a gym, plus sauna, spa and steam rooms (ooooh). Guess where we'll be going tomorrow!!
