Massachusetts

We drove south to the northern part of Massachusetts and met up with the Distracted Hausfrau in Concord. She took us to see the Historic North Bridge where the American Revolution began - on the way back it started to rain really hard and we were pleased to regain the shelter of the car. Then we were invited back to her home for an evening meal and we met Mr DH and DH minor. Her back yard is fabulous! The meal was wonderful too. Thank you for a lovely day.

Planning to drive north along the Maine coast tomorrow.
