Samba

It was annual samba day in Kirkcaldy today. A day I always look forward to for the music as much as anything else. An idol during my teenage years was Cozy Powell so it's no surprise that I like a good drum beat.

There were three samba groups performing today and all were equally good.

Drumatik! a West Fife group, The Samba Sisters from South west Scotland and Beats of Brazil from West Lothian.

An enjoyable afternoon that even had me putting my camera away for a while to clap in time and shake my hips.
