My guitar pick, which is lying around but hasn't been used for I don't know how many months. I never seem to have the time to sit and play - there are too many other things to do at the moment, although I guess if I really wanted to, I could make time. But I don't.

I have had a stinking headache for most of the afternoon and evening - think it is the weather, it feels very close. We could do with a good thunder storm to clear the air. I did manage to put up my loo roll holder, towel ring and coat hooks in the downstairs loo tonight. Small victories - they keep me going.
