It's still summer to me

The meteorologist told me that after this weekend, the beautiful warm summer days were over and that fall days were officially here.

I've decided to stop believing the meteorologist, and to start believing my eyes instead.
Because according to the flowers in my backyard, the warm days of summer are still here, even though it is Monday.

I was late for class this morning.
I got called out by the teacher for talking.
I did not go to my philosophy class because I couldn't find my book.
I'm teaching swimming lessons to 3-5 year olds tonight - and I have yet to make a lesson plan. Oops!
