Half Time

I was out delivering leaflets and practising taking a few black and white photos when suddenly it all went quiet and the boys playing football in the Dell stopped for a break.

This open space used to be covered over, many years ago, forming a concert venue. I've only seen one picture of it and it was not an attractive structure so I think we all enjoy the park much more. In the summer there are occasional outdoor theatre performances which are great fun.
