Getting High

Since smoking was banned in the workplace, smokers have had to become ingenious as to how, where, and when to have their fags. This is one of the outcomes!
I spotted this yesterday evening when out to celebrate my niece's birthday. I was out with the lepers, sorry smokers, as I couldn't get a decent 3G signal on my phone.
Perhaps, I could write something wordy about the merits of tobacco and the connection with "High" St would have made me feel rather smug, but as I've never smoked, other than passively, I wouldn't know what I was talking about.
