The Power and the Glory

Today we went to a medieval re-enactment at Bothwell Castle, called 'The Power and the Glory'. Kerrsdaddy's sister, her hubby and their 3 children came along too. It was a great afternoon and the weather was pretty good too, which is always a bonus in Scotland!

Lots of the children took part in some sword fighting and marching, as seen here. Kerr and his youngest cousin Finlay crawled around on the grass and had a thoroughly fab time. Another great day out, and good use of our Historic Scotland memberships again!
