Water In The Net

Today has been been a nice day.

In fact it has been horrible.

I had a short session with the physio today - she was happy to just give me a couple of new exersises and then try pushing her finger through my skin to rub directly on the damaaged tendons................after which she dropped a couple of pounds on the shoulder/neck/arm long enough to produce freezer burns.

I quite liked the water drops in the spiders web but most of the webs had been destroyed by the heavy rain.......maybe better tomorrow.

I am now waiting for the pictures that I am to judge for another camera club to be delivered...........................I am getting a bit worried about the responsability now.
