Breathe!
Back from where we started.....
Today at 15.00 hrs S.1 and S.2 (R's daughters) and I had a meeting with the ICU specialist. I knew that a TEE (trans-oesophageal echocardiogram) was made last night and I thought it was about time to get an update of what was going on. Pretty nerve wrecked about the meeting, affraid for a 'bad news' conversation. Most affraid I was about the leakage at R's Mitral valve. What if a new operation was necessary, could his physical condition cope with that? The doctors then told us that they also thought that the fluid in his lungs was caused by a bad working valve, but the echocardiogram showed nothing of that kind of problems. His heart and valves are working as they should. They donn't know what's causing his problems, but they will not stop searching for an answer. R's has been given a lot of medication and one of them can cause pulmonary edema in very rare cases. Could be the answer, for R. is a rare kind of man......
He's sleeping, not aware of things around him happening.
Please dear, dear man of mine KEEP BREATHING!
These horses escaped the attention of their keepers. They walked up just in front of my car when I was driving, just to drive and listen to Pearl Jam.......... (Yes, LOUD!)
The photograph was of poor quality taken through the front window of my car, so I did a lot of processing.
