Soap

It has been a while since I have done a batch of soap. Jo has been making noises about a batch of her fragrance free oatmeal soap and I want to start on the soap train with the mould Ross, Trix and the kids gave me.

Now I won't deny it. This soap train will be a complicated project. I will take weeks to complete. No doubt there will be a blip to show the result.

As for the rest of the day. Well it is pretty cold here, Queensland style. 7 degrees in the morning and around 22 in the afternoon. Rumours are that there will be frost on the weekend. I'll believe that one when I see it.

So today Jo got her oatmeal soap. Olive oil, castor oil and coconut oil. Good for a great lather. It will be ready for use in a month or so.
