The Heron with a Duck habit!

This Heron is resident on a small Loch and has started to imitate the ducks by eating bread thrown for the ducks.
I'm sure that it eats fish and toads and the like but when the ducks and geese have had enough,this fellow comes and has an easy meal.
It also makes for close ups you only dream about.

This was taken at Mugdockbank outside of Glasgow.
Had a beautiful lunch and a woodland walk.
