Pony and trap.In Sunshine,October,Scotland.

I met this gentleman on a country road close to the base of the Campsie Fells in West Central Scotland.I stopped the car and asked if he would mind if I took a blip.

I've shown one from the back to respect his privacy,but I can honestly say that he and his Pony and trap were a picture of contentment.

No hurry,brilliant sunshine and genial conversation.

I'd had a walk in the woods a nice lunch of CULLEN SKINK. Then...Salad with Cinnamon and apple and STORNOWAY BLACK PUDDING! Can't beat it.

What a great day!
