Seriously Wrong

There is something seriously wrong with trying to grow palm trees in places known to be wet and cool. The Olympic Peninsula is certainly not known for its tropical climate! This is what palm trees look like here (note the mountains in the background and the relative height compared to Mr. Odd Days who is 6 feet tall.) Yes, I know that there are breeds designed for cooler climes, but seriously, it's just wrong!
