Beware the caffeine
Yesterday, I had the brilliant idea of drinking around 1 liter of tea after dinner.
It's was an Ikea brand/mixture and, although I haven't checked it yet, I'm assuming it contains black tea. You see, after spending one hour in bed trying to get to sleep in vain, I gave up and went net-surfing.
The tea, probably aided by the coffee I had after lunch, kept me awake until around 06h00, when exhaustion got the best of me. Unfortunately, I had to get up before 08h00.
As I don't drink much coffee or black tea, their effect on me is quite strong. Should have learned the lesson before: Do Not Abuse Caffeine. She Is Stronger Than Me.
