Sunrise on the M5

Took this from the car at 5.30am on our way to London for a 7.30 admission to hospital. It's been a while since I've seen the sun rise. About half an hour later it gave way to a beautiful hyperreal golden hue over the yellowing corn fields. Really does demonstrate the truth about the morning being the best light for photography (I'm not saying my picture does though!)

Got to the hospital bang on 7.30, absolutely incredible given the Westway.
