Out On A School Night

It was planned, but maybe not expecting to end as late as it did. Lots of beer, wine and chat - mostly in English but with bits of Polish too. Some good pizza at some point too, which was much-needed.

Friday morning wasn't so great. Especially as I had to sit through a course all day. Was very glad to see the end of the working day and week and even more pleased that I'd offered to babysit Rebecca (rather than go out, especially since the weather was just horrendous) and so took full advantage of my date with Jean & Maurice's sofa! She was a doll - fed, bathed and asleep on schedule... Can't believe she will be 1 year old on Sunday.
