It's my living for now

Hilary's Dad and his wife are visiting this weekend, so we ventured out to Canterbury's and Barking's territory today - New Brighton.

It wasn't a great day, a good stiff onshore breeze, but it was still great. We watched the surfers, had ice creams, and of course, visited the playground.

We also watched the "Sandman" and threw money from the pier for his work. He's amazing, and this appears to be work #766. Sadly, they get washed away soon after he creates them. I didn't go and talk to him, but he appears to be promoting the Jungceylon Phuket Film Festival 2007. Sadly, I didn't ask why ...

And yes, he makes his living obviously "busking" on the pier. He's incredibly talented.
