Hollyhocks

Come rain or high water, I was determined to go for a walk up the hill and take photos of this enormous old building that was once a seminary of the Dominican priests. With an umbrella and my camera, I ask the watchguard if I could photograph the place. What I saw were remnants of a once beautiful structure with two lovely inner gardens. Inspite of all the decay, I found some patches of planted flowers and this Hollyhock was one of them.
