Football Crazy

There can be a hell of a racket comes up from the playing fields at the weekends.

The shouting.........the screaming...............the swearing.

The kids are fairly quiet - but the adults............................

Why is it that foul language of that order can get you locked up if you are on the street but 20 yards away at the side of a childrens football match it is deemed as acceptable behaviour?
