Summer in the city

What do people of a rather cold country do when they miss sun and summer? They make their own palm tree in the middle of the city!

I love it... I see it every day and it always brings smile on my face, even when it's all covered in the snow in winter. The palm tree was suppose to stay for few years only, but we all loved it so much it's still here.
