White Africa....

.....what a great day:

1. First day at work for some time and it went like clockwork; nothing unpleasent and some interesting tasks to be investigated.
2. Lunchtime blander up the High Street and bumped into 42 and then David77, Wingpig and TFP en route to the Tash Shop. Nice to see you all chaps.
3. Pint of Brewdog IPA in the Holrood Tavern with LLCoolJim before the Reginald D Hunter gig at the Pleasance......truly belly rumbling comedy from the big man from the deep south.
4. A delicious Turkish meal at Empires to follow. This was the find of the evening. Food was delicious and authentic and the host, Osman, was a delight; he came o'er for a chat with us and it proved to be a good night of story swapping. Try this place.
5. Beard and Cardigan to meet Eduardo Eye for some of Orkney Best and reflection on the evening.

Nancy and Owen back from Ibiza tomorrow......I've missed them, but not enough to have cleaned the house.....oops.
