Howgill clouds

Today's the day ................ to chase the clouds

Will and I were on our way home from town when we noticed these incredible towering clouds over the Howgills. That would make a good blip, I thought, if only my little camera can cope with a distant view.

I gave instructions to stop and took a quick picture. Then I thought that it would be much better if we went up the hill a bit. By the time I was satisfied, we were way out of Kendal, miles from home.

And after all that, the first one I took was easily the best .........
