Today's the day ................. to embellish

There is an Embroidery Workshop running today at work entitled 'Stage 3: Embellishment'. Now the participants in this course are the crême de la crême . They have gone through the Foundation and Stage 2 courses and they have reached the dizzy heights of being allowed to embellish ..........

For the uninitiated - embellishment is when you use silver and golden thread, beads and all sorts of other gorgeous bits and pieces to enhance your work.

I crept into the room when they were all out at lunch - there were delicious random assortments of interesting things everywhere you looked. It was a blippers paradise .........
