Summer Holiday Home.

Each year for the last 7 years hubby and I have taken my niece on holiday. She lives with my parents so it gives them a bit of a break too. Last year and again this year we stayed in this lovely log cabin not far from the causeway to Lindesfarne and just a few minutes drive from the A1.

The setting is lovely, the owners have the house next door but that is hardly visible from the cabin. There is a well cared for garden, a wildlife pond and around the back of the cabin views over the surrounding fields.

To cap it all the prices for school holiday times are reasonable and so it has been a great place to stay. This year even more so as we got to sit in the garden for one afternoon, a huge improvement on the previous year!
