The cone of shame

Boo does not like the cone of shame either.

After a fantastic time running for all she was worth on Crosby beach last Tuesday, Boo decided it would be great fun to leap up the eight foot high promenade wall. Not such a good idea. She didn't quite make it and gave one of her legs a nasty cut.

Returning from an expensive trip to the vet, she was sporting six stitches to her right back leg and her very own cone of shame. We only put it on her now and then if she starts chewing her dressing, as she was today. The worst part for her is she's been relegated to lead-only walks for 10 days.
