Rachel's birthday

A busy day today. I visited my grandparents whilst Antony helped with some decorating. Then we whizzed into Manchester to celebrate Rachel's birthday. We went to Bem Brasil where we all doubled our chances of heart disease and then out for some drinks. Here's Rachel post meal doing a remarkably good job of pretending she doesn't have indigestion.
