Also known as St John's Wort, what a clever little plant this is!
Stunning colour and yes, this little one is all natural - no added photoshop tints here.

A deciduous shrub, it also produces fabulous berries ready for us to include in our glorious Winter floral arrangements. Speaking as a flower arranger (and former florist) this is one of my favourites. I love to use these simply with evergreen leaves and bare branches. No flowers required - try it!

Well known as a medicinal plant, it has been used historically to treat depression and several other ailments, including warding off evil spirits - well, perhaps not so much of an ailment as an unwanted predicament?!

Just be very careful how you use it.
