A bit of a lazy blip today. I didn't think I was too stiff until I walked up 4 flights of stairs today at work - ouch. Hopefully it will be ok for class tomorrow.

Ha ha I've just tricked the cat into eating food he turned his nose up at earlier, stirred it up and pretended to open a new tray - Sheaba too none of your cheap stuff - the rabbit one used to be a fav.
