Polish Bread

Tomorrow I have visitors from Poland and thought I'd make them feel at home by offering them some 'Chleb Polski [Amongst other things] and for those of you who haven't tried it........you are missing out!!!! there are less preservatives and addatives in this bread and it really is so much different to ours here in the UK.Sorry for the lack of comments but there are just not enough hours in a day to get everything done.!!enjoy the weekend xxb
