A family day at the Fringe. Ewan and I went to see Mr Bumhead, no, Mr Bumdance, no, Mr Bunhead doing his fun science show. Mandy and Ellen went to see a puppet show based on Polly Dunbar's Penguin.

After our show, Ewan and I popped along from George Sq to Inspace to see the zoetropes and to add another pose to make our grand total of two. Met Joe and G, which was nice and they've now got friends in Ewan and Ellen after plying them with jelly babies.

On Joe's recommendation we popped round to Red Box for a lovely noodly lunch then back to the High Street to see some street antics. Not that there was much of interest to be seen. Home via PC World (where I didn't get anything but Mandy got a case for her iPad), Pets at Home for some fish (they've been eating each other!) and Oddbins where I gave some support to the Williams Bros brewery in Alloa, while taking advantage of Oddbins' generous case discounts.

Came home to pick plums. There's mountains of them and we haven't eaten all of last year's jam yet.
