I Hippo. Hear Me Roar!

We came to Bangkok as a team, we came to work together, support each other, challenge each other, and encourage each other. Today. those of us without children took the kids from the team to the zoo to give their parents an afternoon for much needed Mommy and Daddy time. We saw red pandas, colorful monkeys, giraffes, a zebra, white tigers, all sizes of snakes, elephants, flamingos, and much more. A highlight was definitely the yawning hippo...he just made us laugh.

For anyone who lives here or is planning on visiting, the zoo is a great place to spend a day or afternoon. Much of it is shaded, you can see many of the animals close up, and it's free for kids under a certain height (our 7 year old team member will probably still get in free for another year.) At about $3 per adult and $1.50 for taller kids, it's a great deal too!
