Geese Some Peace!

Went for a late evening walk to wind down, after work, near the local boating lake. Tried to take a few scenic shots but was thwarted by high winds and squally showers.

I walked past the part of the lake where the boats are normally docked. i was aware of some rustling and then some honks. i discovered that this is where the Geese like to sleep overnight and they weren't very happy to see this interloper.

They paused momentarily for this shot before flapping their wings and honking like vuvuzelas ...suitably chastened, I fled the scene and decided that I would take an alternate route next time
